The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was exceptional, just a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. The Hearing Access room was easy to get and had clean towels, a large window, which was great.

During my recent stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of Hilton. The elevators were great and the facility was clean. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and well-served. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Moreover, having access to the Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk.

As for drawbacks, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. the noise from nearby trains could be heard during the night, although earplugs were provided to mitigate this.

The rooms were huge and tidy, with a hot tub and a nice bathroom. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, very close to the airport, the Expo Center, and the Arden Fair Mall. It was comfortable to walk around the neighborhood.
